Power of Thanksgiving


“Gratitude can transform common days into thanksgiving, turn
routine jobs into joy, and change ordinary opportunities into
blessings.” When we are grateful – we can see what all we have &
unlock blessings to flow into our life.
My dad had a thanksgiving lifestyle and was grateful to God for
everything He did for him. Whenever thanksgiving rises up to God, he
is stirred into action to perform a miracle. My dad always said “ Be a
thanks-giver because thanksgiving releases enormous power of God to
do wonders in your life. Gratitude is a spiritual force that empowers
us to scale to higher heights.”
When you are a grateful, thankful human-being, supernatural
powerful forces from heaven are unleashed that cause things to work
for you the way they should. Thanksgiving has the power to bring
encouragement to the believer and helps to build more confidence in
God. It qualifies you for another act of favour from God. Strength and
courage are released, when you thank God. It brings incredible
multiplication. Nothing is little in the hands of a thanks-giver, because
God will cause abundance.
Thanksgiving is praising and honoring God for all His gifts with
simple words and prayers. … By mentioning God in your
thanksgiving message, you can show others what He has done for
you. It is a way of strengthening your faith, your bond with God and
promoting His deeds to those around you. “Develop an attitude of
gratitude, and give thanks for everything that happens to you, knowing
that every step forward is a step toward achieving something bigger
and better than your current situation.”

The myth of " boys don't cry " perpetuates harmful gender stereotypes that dictate how individuals should express their emotions based on their gender. This societal expectation suggests that boys should suppress their emotions, particularly sadness or vulnerability, and instead demonstrate toughness or stoicism.  However, this notion is not only outdated but also detrimental to mental health and well-being. Everyone, regardless of gender, should feel free to express their emotions openly and seek support when needed. Suppressing emotions can lead to internalized stress, increased risk of mental health issues, and difficulty forming meaningful connections with others.  Encouraging boys to cry and express their feelings fosters emotional intelligence, resilience, and healthier relationships. HOW TO GET UP EARLY IN THE MORNING

  HOW TO GET UP EARLY IN THE MORNING Simple!  Just set up 2 alarms:  one for the night before the morning you wanna get up, to sleep in time. And the other for the next day morning for the time you want to get up at. Because the foundation of getting up early is to sleep in time so that you get the 5-8 hours of sound sleep that you are fond of. If you sleep in time, you will find, more often than not, that you will get up without any alarm, because your sound sleep is complete and now you are ready to take on the world.  It gives immense pleasure to put off your alarm when you are already up and engaged in your tasks. Life is easy.... remember the nursery rhyme:  Early to bed, Early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise. Just focus on the first 3 words... early to bed.... rest all will take care of  by itself. Happy early rising!
